With an investment of 55 million soles and a leasable area of 8,700 square meters, this project promises to raise the commercial standards of the area and attract more than 120,000 local residents and 800,000 visitors during the peak summer season.

Features and Offers of KM 40

The mall will offer a variety of services and experiences:

  • First Floor: Wong supermarket and retail stores such as Aruma, Bata, and Eyes Illusion.
  • Second Level: Gastronomic area with recognized brands such as Sarcletti, Cinnabon, Häagen-Dazs, and a rooftop for adults.
  • Services and Entertainment: Laboratory and medical center, coworking spaces, SmartFit gym, and padel courts.

Opiniones Divididas en la Comunidad

The Punta Hermosa community has divided opinions about this new development. Some highlight the economic benefits and the increase in the district's property value:

"Street malls improve the area's property value and demand. With good organization and marketing, local businesses can compete effectively."

A Sustainable Future for Punta Hermosa

Both opinions are valid and reflect different perspectives on the development. It is essential that this new growth benefits the entire community by providing employment opportunities to Punta Hermosa residents and considering local businesses to encourage their growth. Additionally, it is crucial that the mall's development takes place in a sustainable manner, minimizing the impact on nature and preserving the unique energy of the district. Growing sustainably will not only ensure the well-being of our current community but also that of future generations.
