Fundado por Johanna, una caficultora certificada Q Grader nacida en Quillabamba, Cusco, Arisumak se destaca por su dedicaci\u00f3n a la calidad y la autenticidad del caf\u00e9. Con m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os de experiencia en el cultivo y tostado de caf\u00e9, Johanna ha perfeccionado sus habilidades en Costa Rica, Colombia y Brasil, especializ\u00e1ndose en tostadur\u00eda.<\/p><p>At Arisumak, they use seven varieties of coffee, all sourced from their farm in Quillabamba, where they grow the coffee respecting the physical characteristics of the soil according to each type of bean. At the coffee shop, the beans arrive unroasted, and Johanna is responsible for carrying out the entire process, from roasting the beans to the cup. Additionally, at Arisumak, they receive beans from various coffee growers to perform the roasting process in-house.<\/p><p>The experience at Arisumak goes beyond coffee. With a cozy, Cusco-inspired, and family-friendly atmosphere, visitors enjoy a sensory experience from the moment they walk through the door, with the smell of palo santo and freshly roasted coffee. The close and personalized service is a distinctive feature of Arisumak. Children are welcome and greeted with a painting contest; additionally, Johanna offers tours of the coffee shop, explaining the coffee processes and sharing her passion for coffee cultivation.<\/p><p>En Arisumak se puede disfrutar de opciones hechas en casa, como el s\u00e1ndwich de lomo, el s\u00e1ndwich de adobo cusque\u00f1o (especialmente los domingos) y el tamalito cusque\u00f1o. Muchos de sus insumos son elaborados en la cafeter\u00eda, como el jam\u00f3n del pa\u00eds y los postres.<\/p><p>Para los amantes del dulce, sus opciones de mousse de helado, tambi\u00e9n hechos en casa, son un must. Est\u00e1n disponibles en los siguientes sabores: l\u00facuma, cacao al 70%, manjar de olla, caf\u00e9 y vainilla.
