The Power Mall of South Chico, known as \"KM 40,\" will open its doors in December. This new shopping center, located at kilometer 40.5 of the Old South Pan-American Highway, will feature three levels, parking, a gym, padel courts, restaurants, and a variety of commercial offerings, including a Wong supermarket.
