This disproportionate growth, compared to Lima\u2019s average increase of 27.5%, suggests the possibility of registrations that do not correspond to real residents of the district.<\/p>

This phenomenon may be driven by external interests seeking to influence local decisions, putting at risk the sustainable development and essence of Punta Hermosa. Our community has faced challenges related to rezoning and other issues, where external parties have attempted to intervene in our district.<\/p>
